Breathwork Coaching

Welcome! Here you will find all the information about Breathwork Coaching and how to get started! In 2019 I completed a 400 hour Breathwork Facilitation programme with the Alchemy of Breath school, and have been holding private sessions ever since. Your breath is your lifeline to intimacy.  Together, we can establish an intimate connection and create new breathing patterns, after that you will discover quite quickly how healing and transformative your own breath can be for mind, heart, body and spirit.

Breathwork is the practice of bringing attention, intention and awareness to your breathing in order to experience a shift, connection or healing outcome in your life. 

Do not be put off by the word 'work'. Very often in a coaching session we aim at reducing the amount of breaths you take which enables more oxygen into the body - surprisingly! 

Breathing consciously is one of the fastest and most transformative tools we have in our human toolbox and simply not enough of us are benefiting from it! Below you can familiarise yourself with all the positive benefits of breathwork and check-in with yourself if any of your needs are on that list!

A breathing session involves music, touch, movement and verbal guidance.
